Your guided bike tour starts in Fisherman's Wharf near Aquatic Park. Route features spectacular views of the San
Francisco Bay while you visit and explore:
- Fort Mason
- Marina Green
- Bay Trail along Crissy Field
- A quick stop at the Warming Hut bookstore/cafe for a break
- Another stop at Fort Point.
- 1.7 mile of biking excitement as you cross over the bridge. You will have to pedal on the Bridge.
- A Stop at Vista Point to look back at San Francisco skyline
- Downhill into Sausalito. Depending on ferry schedule 30-45 minutes in Sausalito.
- Return to Pier 41 on the 35 minute Blue and Gold Fleet Ferry trip with guide.
- A short ride through Wharf to starting location.

The fun and informative tour operates daily and is designed for all abilities of bikers. The A2B bike provides a comfortable, smooth ride with its full suspension and oversized seat. Advance reservations are required.
FREE BONUS: You can choose to keep the electric bike for additional time at end of route in Sausalito and return to San Francisco at your own pace. We will supply directions, maps and ferry schedule so you can ejoy more time in Sausalito and Tiburon OR: Return to Pier 41 in Fisherman's Wharf with your guide on the 35 minute Blue and Gold Fleet Ferry trip with your guide.
After your bike fitting, safety orientation, and test drive, you'll be ready for your exhilarating 3.5 to 4 hour adventure to begin. Our knowledgeable guides will share the diverse history of the area with you as you pedal and cruise along the scenic Bay Trail. Ages 16 and up are welcome.
On this guided tour you will zip along the new bike path by the Bay to Fort Point where you can enjoy a snack at the Warming Hut before proceeding up to the bridge. Then, just kick up the throttle on your eco-friendly electric bike and enjoy the effortless ascent to the Bridge without breaking a sweat.
Take in the panoramic views of the City and the Bay as you bike over the Golden Gate Bridge! Then it's a fun downhill coast into Sausalito where you can enjoy great food, shops, and sunshine before heading back to San Francisco on the ferry boat. These cool electric bikes will make your ride to Sausalito fun, easy, and eco-friendly. The Electric Bike Tour is certainly a tour experience of a lifetime.
Rider Requirements and Route Info:
The San Francisco Electric Bike Tour has only a few restrictions:
- Ages 16 and up. Minimum weight 85 lbs (39 kg). The bikes weigh 70 lbs (32 kg)
- All riders will be required to pedal on the Golden Gate Bridge without using the power assist.
- Guests under 18 accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Helmets are required and are provided.
- No flip-flops, open-toe sandals, or high heels.
- Guests must sign a liability waiver.
- Guests must complete rider training.
- Guests must respect road signs, pedestrians, bikes and cars for safe ride.
- A driver’s license is not required to ride a bike.
- Any damages to bike or property are the responsibility of the rider.
- No pregnant guests due to fall risk.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation Policy – By placing an order you are agreeing to the following Cancellation Policy. Any order booked and subsequently cancelled will be subject to a $25 per person cancellation fee. Any reservation cancelled within 72 hours of tour departure are 100% non-refundable. If the total price of your purchase is less than $25 you will only be charged the amount of the activity. This cancellation policy is applicable for each activity, event or tour within a transaction. Any changes to date or time will be accepted with no charge up until 72 hours prior to the tour departure or activity or event scheduled start time. Changes within the 72 hour cutoff must be done by phone and will be subject to availability, if the preferred date or time of the change is not available then the standard cancellation penalty applies.
Any collected cancellation fees will be credited to your customer account and will be available for use on any of our other products. Re booking must be done within one year of your cancellation to apply any cancellation credits, unused cancellation fees are non-refundable if not used to re book another of our products within one year.
