A GoCar experience is truly a unique way to see the City and all of its famous landmarks. The virtual tour guide leads the way, telling the stories just like a local would.

If you want to see everything that San Diego has to offer, from the parks to the beaches, downtown, and the famous Balboa Park; this tour has it all. Explore Shelter Bay and then climb toward Point Loma where you can take in tremendous views of San Diego Bay and Coronado Island. Then drive down toward Ocean shore where you can enjoy a part of San Diego that feels like Mexico. Discover the places that only the locals know about and let the GoCar guide you where tour busses can’t go. Stop where you wish and explore the surroundings. It's up to you!

Precise location-based messages play just as the GoCar passes the premises, which then cues an onboard computer to play recorded information. As the vehicle rolls by each historical landmark, GPS Tour software infuses the GoCar with a personality, so that the GoCar becomes the passenger's tour guide for the day.

The vehicles are controlled with a motorcycle-style handle, throttle and hand brakes. Because it has three wheels, it can be driven by anyone with a regular Class C driver's license. The car even lets the driver know it's time to turn left or right or if the vehicle is in the wrong lane.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation Policy – By placing an order you are agreeing to the following Cancellation Policy. Any order booked and subsequently cancelled will be subject to a $25 per person cancellation fee. Any reservation cancelled within 24 hours of tour departure are 100% non-refundable. If the total price of your purchase is less than $25 you will only be charged the amount of the activity. This cancellation policy is applicable for each activity, event or tour within a transaction. Any changes to date or time will be accepted with no charge up until 24 hours prior to the tour departure or activity or event scheduled start time. Changes within the 24 hour cutoff must be done by phone and will be subject to availability, if the preferred date or time of the change is not available then the standard cancellation penalty applies.

Any collected cancellation fees will be credited to your customer account and will be available for use on any of our other products. Re booking must be done within one year of your cancellation to apply any cancellation credits, unused cancellation fees are non-refundable if not used to re book another of our products within one year.
