By checking the box in the booking form stating that you've read and understand our site terms and conditions you and the other members of your party (when applicable) agree to the following:
You understand that the full amount of the items in your shopping cart will be charged to your credit card when you click the purchase button. If we are unable to charge your card you will be contacted immediately via email. If no response is received to the email within 48 hours or if the scheduled dates of your destination services are within 72 hours your order will be automatically cancelled and a notice sent to your email address.
You understand that emails will be sent to you from TheDestinationCenter.com and / or TheDestinationCenter.net with your confirmation details or other important information regarding your purchases / reservations.
Your personal information will not be shared with any third party unless requested by you. Certain information pertaining to your reservation will be shared with operators to coordinate hotel pickup, reservation confirmation, and other services essential to the destination service confirmation process. Generally these items are limited to your full name, cell phone number, hotel name and other information required for specific products. Your credit card and address details will not be shared unless requested. Be sure to read the detailed product description of every item being purchased to be sure you are familiar with the item(s) being purchased and special rules where applicable.
A confirmation of purchase will be sent for each item selected. Certain products may also require a voucher for service. This will be emailed to you and will contain instructions on activity times, pickup times, confirmation details, recommendations, rules & regulations on the items purchased.
It is your responsibility to ensure you follow all guidelines and details pertaining to activity / service rules, pickup times, departure times, and other instructions. If you have questions about any elements of your purchased activities you can call our office anytime on 1-866-431-1634.
Any change or cancellation must be within the limitations of the product cancellation policy. Please be sure and read this section thoroughly before making any purchase.
Items purchased on this site may include some element of risk. The Destination Center does not imply any liability for these activities. All our contracted operators carry liability over and above required operating minimums. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you indemnify The Destination Center and any of it's holdings from personal liability.
Customer reviews are submitted by actual customers and may have been edited for use on this site. Items like profanity and non-relevant comments may have been removed prior to the review being posted.
